Beroo is an AI-powered caption assistant designed to help you craft engaging text for social posts.
You may use the Services to generate caption text based on prompts and, if you choose, photos or other
content you provide.
Age requirement: The Services are intended for users aged 17 and older.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- Eligibility: you must be at least 17 years old.
- Account data: name, username, and email address may be required.
- Security: you are responsible for activity under your account and safeguarding credentials.
- Termination: we may suspend/terminate for violations, legal requirements, or protection of the Services.
3. Your Content & Inputs
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content
solely to provide the Services, generate outputs you request, provide support, ensure safety/security, and comply with law.

Photos: processed one time for caption generation, then deleted from our servers.
No facial recognition; no biometric identifiers; not used for training or marketing.

Your responsibility: you confirm you have the rights/permissions needed to provide content.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not break laws or encourage unlawful activity.
- Do not infringe others’ rights.
- Do not introduce malware or disrupt the Services.
- Do not access non-public areas or attempt to extract source code or models except where prohibited by law.
- Do not abuse or excessively automate the Services in a way that harms others or the Services.
5. AI Outputs & Disclaimers
The Services may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying
outputs before using them, including for compliance with laws, platform rules, and third-party rights.
Outputs are for general creative and informational purposes and do not constitute professional advice.
6. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that
you have read and understood it.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services are owned by Beroo Team or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted,
you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services.
If you send feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation unless prohibited by law.
8. Paid Features (if any)
If paid features or subscriptions are offered, additional terms may apply at the point of purchase (including app store terms).
If there is a conflict, the app store purchase terms govern the purchase process.
9. Changes, Availability, and Termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time to improve features, address security issues, or comply with legal requirements.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the Services and users.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
Beroo Team is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim
(or USD $100 if you have not paid anything), unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beroo Team from and against claims, liabilities,
damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or others’ rights.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution (Binding Arbitration)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Beroo Team’s primary place of business (excluding conflict of laws principles),
unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Binding arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court.
Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
13. Miscellaneous
- If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
- These Terms and referenced policies form the entire agreement regarding the Services.
